Special Containment Procedures: Containment of SCP-@ is currently under the jurisdiction of the Black River Council, as per the Black River Agreement. While unable to undertake direct containment, personnel at Site-511¹ have been instructed to monitor radio transmissions for possible references (appearances?) to SCP-@. Due to the nature of the entity, and Nexus-14 (Black River, Michigan) as a whole, a representative of GoI-466 (Wilson's Wildlife Solutions) is currently stationed at Site-511.

Description: SCP-@ is the reanimated corpse of █████² Smolinski, a 17 year old resident of Nx-14. While the exact nature of █████ Smolinski's reanimation is unknown, blood recovered from the site of SCP-@'s initial appearance have shown residual anomalous traces similar to that of The ███ ██████³ It is theorized that this entity created SCP-@, though to what ends, it is not currently known.

On August 13th, 2009, █████ Smolinski was involved in an altercation with the Black River Council within Black River's City Hall. The exact details of this altercation are currently unknown due to interference from the Council, however, sources within the City Hall have confirmed it to be physical in nature. Later that night, █████ would be shot and killed by Deputy Roger Thompson of the Black River Sheriff's Department. Deputy Thompson, with assistance from Deputy Tim Miller, would then transport ███ body to a remote dirt road and attempt to bury it in a nearby ditch. Deputy Thompson would use his squad truck's radio to contact an unknown member of the Council, which was intercepted by personnel at Site-511. During this, █████ Smolinski's corpse would become SCP-@ and violently kill Deputy Miller with a shovel, causing Deputy Thompson to flee the scene.

Deputy Thompson: Hey boss, we're almost done digging the hole.

Unknown: Great, very good. You have any trouble killing that degenerate?

Deputy Thompson: Nope, one shot and ██ went down like a sack of bricks. Chuckling

Unknown: Laughing That's good to hear. One less f██ in town to worry about.

Deputy Thompson: How's the jaw? Still aching?

Unknown: For now, who knew that kid could throw a punch.

Deputy Thompson: Laughing You gotta look out for-

Yelling is heard.

Deputy Thompson: Hey Tim! What's going on?

Screaming is heard.

Deputy Thompson: Oh Christ! TIM! TIM GET BACK-

Unknown: Roger? Roger what's going on?!

A long period of silence occurs.

Deputy Thompson: That fucking f█████ got back up and sliced Tim open with a shovel. I emptied my sidearm into that fucker and ██ kept coming.

Unknown: Jesus fucking Christ. What about Tim?

Deputy Thompson: I had to leave him there, I'll have to go back for his body later. I'm on my way back now.

Unknown: Alright, talk to you when you get here.
