Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4189 is kept in a reinforced steel tank appropriate for its size, and fed one goldfish (or another similar sized fish) daily.
Should SCP-4189 breach containment, Wing 2 of Site-759 is to be sealed and flooded, and treated as SCP-4189's new temporary containment cell while the water is pumped with Sedative RA-431.
SCP-4189 should be kept no less than 50 km from any bodies of water.
Description: SCP-4189 is an extremely hostile and oversized angelfish (genus Pterophellum).
SCP-4189 is 6.8 m long and incredibly dense and hard, weighing approximately 119 tons. SCP-4189 violently attacks any moving object or animal in its vicinity, including its reflection in appropriate surfaces, bludgeoning with its body until the target ceases motion. Subsequently, SCP-4189's mouth will distend as it instantaneously inhales the object and swallows it whole.
SCP-4189 was recovered in the San Diego Bay after being witnessed swallowing a humpback whale.
Since initial containment, SCP-4189 has behaved erratically and self-destructively, attempting to impact its own reflection and swim into walls repeatedly, causing significant strain on containment resources. In a particularly violent episode, SCP-4189 cracked its wall and remained motionless for 4 days.
When SCP-4189 awoke, it convulsed briefly before vomiting a large conglomeration of fish bones and decayed flesh in the vague shape of another angelfish, designated SCP-4189-A. SCP-4189 now continually fights SCP-4189-A instances, swallowing and vomiting a new instance whenever one is destroyed.
