Special Containment Procedures: Personnel who are not or are no longer actively involved in the recovery of SCP-XXXX-A are to have their memories involving the anomaly removed after viewing this file. Two hours after opening this file, a Foundation parapharmaceutical employee will deliver an amnestic specifically targeting memories of SCP-XXXX to the viewing personnel's mailbox. A cognitohazard has been placed on this file that prevents that prevents the viewer from discussing the contents of this file through any medium without inoculation.
Description: SCP-XXXX is an extradimensional space of indeterminate size, accessible only by those who are aware of its existence. As of 13 March 2020, only D-150601 and Senior Researcher Lola Mu are permitted to have long-term awareness of the anomaly.
Those aware of SCP-XXXX will have their sleep cycles altered: rather than sleeping, their consciousness will instead be transported to SCP-XXXX's interior. Despite this, personnel do not suffer from sleep deprivation symptoms. Upon entering SCP-XXXX, personnel will find themselves in an empty room. Tracks and prints can be seen on the floor, suggesting it was once inhabited. Personnel are able to exit through the solitary door in the room, which will prompt them to wake up.
SCP-XXXX-A is Naestromo Faelden, a former guard under Foundation employment. SCP-XXXX-A had taken an approved holiday leave on 1 May, 2001. When Mr. Faelden failed to report to work on 8 May 2001, the Foundation discovered that there was no method of contacting him: all records of him on Foundation databases or in the public records had been expunged. Suspecting a paranatural attack, the Foundation attempted to locate him through the use of a tracking ritual.
Although the ritual failed to find Mr. Faelden, it resulted in Senior Researcher Mu becoming aware of SCP-XXXX's existence.
At the time, SCP-XXXX's infohazardous properties were not known, leading to rapid contamination throughout the entire site. Director Marquez revised containment procedures, and amnesticized all affected personnel save Mu, per her request.
Addendum XXXX-1: On August 18, 2018, while inside SCP-XXXX, Senior Researcher Mu heard a voice above her location
