Description: SCP-001 is a planet located inside of the Earth's inner core that is geographically identical to Earth in its Archean era, albeit devoid of life. SCP-001's oceans are still, and its land is empty except for a single volcano, billowing smoke into the air. After a thorough study of SCP-001, it appears to be incapable of ever developing the features necessary for life to evolve.

SCP-001 appears to be growing in size, its diameter increasing by about a meter per day.
