The purpose of this thread is to function as a centralized location for community members, and especially victims of Bright, to vocalize questions and concerns, and hopefully have them addressed within a reasonable timetable.

While the update thread exists for members of the team to let users know about the process, the purpose of this thread is to credit a more direct and less-crowded space for users to ask questions and receive answers. We recognize the failure of staff to properly communicate with users about this topic, and the harm that has caused to members of the community. While no words can rebuild that trust, we believe this is a step towards moving forward in a more effective manner.
