Summary: Arcadio is a lifelong soldier, originally belonging to the Cuban Ministry of Anomalies, she joined the UN's Peacekeeping Corps in 1998 to help with the disaster caused by SCP-1710-JP and quickly rose through the ranks of the newly unveiled Global Occult Coalition. She possesses a certain prowess with various UNGOC Thaumotech projects, and pushed for the organization to use said Thaumotechnologies outside of their ORANGE Suits more frequently. The Manhattan Dimensional Collapse Crisis is the first instance of these technologies being deployed in the field by the UNGOC, and she is eager to show her superiors results.

Summary: Prior to the collapse of the Veil, Abbas was a PE teacher and kendo instructor in Casablanca, before joining the Horizon Initiative following the collapse of the Veil. Later recognised as a Type Purple and granted membership into Project Malleus, quickly garnering a reputation for a particular efficiency against demons. Following the onset of the Manhattan Dimensional Collapse Crisis, he was quick to volunteer for deployment, but worries about his presence in the city, considering the origin of the Crisis.

Summary: Identified as a Type Red early in his life, the GOC would offer Santiago education, training, and most importantly: a well-paying job. Quickly gaining a reputation for fearlessnes and decisive action — undoubtedly helped by his anomalous condition. Many years of loyal service abruptly ended when he suddenly resigned from the Coalition, instead joining the Foundation for more dangerous — and better paying — opportunities. Under the current circunstances of the Manhattan Dimensional Collapse Crisis he found exactly what he was looking for.

Name: Doctor Frida Haussmann
Affiliation: Prometheus Labs, Nordslaundet Think Tank
Serial Number: Employee n. 12423. Doctorate in Extraversal Neuroscience
Summary: Daughter of an important PLabs scientist who inducted her to the occult world from an early age, Frida enrolled into ICSUT Eurtec, studying the minds of beings from outside the material realm and how they interact with it. She based her doctoral thesis in uncovering the principles that lead to the posession of a physical object by an otherworldly mind and the uses that such an effect could have. Thus, she earnt her place within Prometheus Labs, applying her expertise to develop new paratechnologies. She was traveling to New York (with her possessed object companions) to partake in a cycle of conferences about the application of paratechnologies to the recently unveiled world when she was caught by the rapidly unfolding crisis.
Nico's goi format could be the first piece. It's gonna act as a recap of whats going on in Manhattan crisis up until 13/09/2001, which is when the goc decides they want to do pizzicato. it goes up until the goc announces pizzicato, and then it cuts to the location of ghostbusters hq which is a firehouse. Civilians are crowded in there alongside a handful of operatives from the gois
And they get attacked just after the pizzicato order goes through. However they also get a reprieve because they immediately find out that they are holding off on pizzicato for 48 hours
So then they receive a new objective: evacuate as many civilians as possible
So the events of the series is mostly path clearing to try and get to pockets of civilian resistance and/or potential routes out
