Project Goal: To facilitate the construction of Item RAISA-177, a device, location, phenomenon or entity capable of determining, with 100% accuracy, the cause of death of any human subject. The Item should be infallible and the cause of death immutable, thereby allowing the Foundation to better allocate resources and prevent valued staff from meeting their terminal fate for as long as possible.
Current Status [2019-01-13]: RAISA-177 has been constructed successfully, and the resultant biomechanical facility designated Site-Tau-Nought. S-Τ0, when presented with a sample of genetic material from a given subject (as well as certain superficial details about them), will produce a single word, sentence, or phrase, dictating that subject's cause of death.
No details about these predictions have been avoidable thus far. To date, all predictions made by S-Τ0 have been correct.
