Description: SCP-XXXX is a predatory entity manifesting as a vaguely conical distortion of commerce originating from a single ambulatory point. Distortion decreases exponentially as distance from this point (henceforth 'origin') increases, and the effective range has varied from 4m long with a 3m radius (1954-01-21) to well over a kilometre in all dimensions (████-██-██). SCP-XXXX is capable of pivoting rapidly around its origin, as well as moving said origin at speeds of up to 40 kmph. Despite its purely non-physical nature, SCP-XXXX's origin appears to be affected by gravity, and moves significantly slower through more viscous fluids. SCP-XXXX's origin has not yet demonstrated any ability to pass through solid objects.
Distortions within SCP-XXXX are characterised chiefly by the rapid development of insider trading, middlemen, and semi-formal internal communities related to the affected commerce.
