Description: SCP-XXXX is an atemporal extradimensional city-state. It is accessible from Earth either during times of societal upheaval or intermittently by travel through Site-2's "A3" Meyers-Shen thaumatic wormhole generator.1
The interior of SCP-XXXX varies in appearance depending upon the observer, but observers do always manifest at a single generally recognizable insertion point. Observers agree that SCP-XXXX often does not conform to Euclidean geometry, and does not possess any apparent boundaries or center. The cityscape is also not architecturally consistent; observers presented with information on architectural styles of non-anomalous and anomalous cultures at various times are not able to meaningfully relate it to SCP-XXXX. The subjective passage of time among any group of individuals is also adversely affected within SCP-XXXX. Audiovisual recording technology is likewise unreliable.
SCP-XXXX contains an indigenous population of anomalous humanoid entities, designated SCP-XXXX-A.
